Responsibilities
- Gather comprehensive market knowledge on all SKUs regarding specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Identify and pursue potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline and achieve regional sales goals.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat orders and timely payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, communicate requirements, and foster synergy.
- Forecast and plan for seasonal variations to meet sales targets for all SKUs.
Skills & Experience (2-3 Years)
- Proven experience in business development or industrial sales.
- Strong skills in relationship management, business development, client retention, negotiation, cross-selling, funnel development, and revenue planning.
- In-depth knowledge of the geographic region of Tamil Nadu.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi preferred.
