Sales Lead

Location: Karnataka

Experience: 2-3 Years

CTC: Up to 3-5 LPA

Responsibilities

  • Gather market knowledge on all SKUs on specs, pricing, and availability
  • Identify leads and build a strong pipeline to achieve the regional sales goals
  • Manage relationship with the client to ensure repeat orders and payments
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to solve issues, communicate requirements, and create synergy
  • Forecast and plan for seasonality and ensure sales volumes are achieved for all SKUs

Skills & Experience (2-3 Years)

  • Proven experience in business development; industrial sales
  • Business Skills – Relationship Management, Business Development, Client Retention, Negotiation, cross-sell, Funnel Development, Revenue Planning
  • Well-versed with the geography of the state
  • Good communication skills; local language proficiency preferred
