Sales Lead
Location: Karnataka
Experience: 2-3 Years
CTC: Up to 3-5 LPA
Responsibilities
- Gather market knowledge on all SKUs on specs, pricing, and availability
- Identify leads and build a strong pipeline to achieve the regional sales goals
- Manage relationship with the client to ensure repeat orders and payments
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to solve issues, communicate requirements, and create synergy
- Forecast and plan for seasonality and ensure sales volumes are achieved for all SKUs
Skills & Experience (2-3 Years)
- Proven experience in business development; industrial sales
- Business Skills – Relationship Management, Business Development, Client Retention, Negotiation, cross-sell, Funnel Development, Revenue Planning
- Well-versed with the geography of the state
- Good communication skills; local language proficiency preferred
